We are a garage box that utilizes the CrossFit methods. The sessions are 45 mins - 60 mins and include a warm up, skill developement, wod (workout of the day), and a cooldown/stretch.
We utilize constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. The results we have seen provide a high level of general physicall preparedness. Another side effect of consistantly training using this formula is decreased body fat, increased strength, and improved overall fitness.
